Overall nice product. Just wish it came with better instructions. Tech support was great. Don’t really know how it performs being I have yet to get it completed.

Steel line are very good metering block very poor used old one as new was not even close and bracket fell off

They have a lot of needed items to bring your old muscle back to life in it`s true form, but they know it and it shows in the pricing. Wouldn't mind but then you have to add shipping, that hurts. Example: purchased an item that was $9.00 a bit much but then the shipping was $6.00, could have put it in an envelope for a dollar or two. Sorry fellas I just call it as I see it. Thanks

I am sorry that you are not happy with the prices on some of our products, these are only the highest quality restoration parts and such demand a higher price point. The cost to ship theses parts as fast as possible is also a large cost to us. We work hard to make these hard to find items as low cost as possible but this tends to be a double edge sword. If you ever have a issue with price, Please contact one of our sales reps and we will work to make a deal with you.

Website is not user friendly. Shipping costs are high and didn’t reflect any discount compared to buying individually on eBay

Very slow shipping, I live in garden city Michigan, 25 mile from inline tabe and it took one week for my order to get here...

Great quality products! Customer service could improve. Technical support and returns are all done over email which can be very annoying when you have problems.

I am sorry there was a delay in service on your order, we provided help via email to speed things like getting pictures of lines and trying get a better idea of whats going on under a car, this can be a very difficult ling to do over the phone with out visual aid. Good quality parts very happy with my purchase, tried using a fathers day coupon, but was unsuccessful at 11:22 pm pst. Must be a time zone issue...

Good Morning. Before ordering part# H200 I expressed concerns if it was the correct fit for my Cougar,it was not. I listed a resource posted on West coast classic Cougar regarding the difference in the two cars fitting, mustang .323" and cougar .395. your parts department sent me the part listed for mustang not cougar detailed on there website. I believe there was a break down in communication between Chuck McMartin and the parts department.. FYI .

Johnnie, I let you know that the fitting that we have is the smaller of the two. I am not certain when the order was placed based on when I got the answer but I thought I gave you the info so that you would not order the hose since it was the same as the one that did not work. I apologize if there was a misunderstanding.

KIT WAS OK, BUT 1 LINE FROM DISTRBUTION BLOCK TO ABS MOD, WAS PRE-BENT WRONG. STILL NOT SURE IF GOING TO USE IT

The parts they have are of quality, but the need to expand on their line catalog and possibly update it. I would rather have a conversation on the phone with their tech team than through email, it just makes it easier and more interactive with who you're dealing with. Having to wait a day for a response when you need a vehicle completed is a little nerve racking. But when taken care of, they do try their best.
