“The CPR training was informative and hands-on. I believe that touching more on performing the Heimlich maneuver/choking procedures on larger/obese individuals would be beneficial as well as alternative procedures for those choking when they are by themselves. We did briefly go over using a chair if by oneself, but not everyone (like myself) has a standard chair to use in the event of choking, and would have to improvise with a countertop, table, etc. I think going over/practicing alternative choking procedures more when alone would be helpful. Overall, the training within its scope was great. I would highly recommend the training and the trainer if given the opportunity.”

“The content was excellent although the instructor has some room for polish with his presentations in front of more sensitive folks. I found him (Jeremy) to be extremely knowledgeable but I know others had trouble putting aside some of his edgier commentary. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me! I feel so much more prepared to assist in case of emergency.”
