Mollie was a very personal & good instructor. Christina however was quite rude and snarky. She taught in a condescending manner and honestly still has me questioning if I want to align with this company because of her bad attitude.

The instructor was very rude. Calling people out for being late to class when they could have had a good reason. Besides we were all adults who were there for renew of CPR and the class was paid for. No reason for him to treat some of us like children.

Jennifer- I appreciate your candid comments. Maybe the instructor could have used some better flare when dealing with late students which will be addressed. We are always looking at ways to improve so thank you for making us aware.

The instructor was good and knew what he was teaching. I arrived 15 minutes late and being returned because of that. I was taking cpr class for past 10 years and missing little bit of the class was not a big deal to me. Then I rescheduled the class for next day and canceled all of my other things. I think that was unnecessary. And even though I didn’t take a big deal, I have seen another student who was late for 25 minutes the next class and joined the class without question.

It was really long. People just want to get in and out, not story upon story.

Wish instructor would stick to CPR and not all of her family business. She is a delightful person but she needs to stick to the syllabus.

We were referred to the wrong address, but the instructor still got us out at a very reasonable time

Course was fine. Problem was, they broke us into groups, separating me and my daughter/New Co-worker. Very distracting working with strangers, and now we can’t really work as a team if CPR is needed on a patient. There was a random, rapid, (ok, everyone on this side work as a group), while we were sitting next to each other, we were separated. This was her first (and maybe last) CPR course. We drove 100 miles to course, thinking we would practice together. Will definitely be a factor where I take next class. Instructor Mike Zentner was great. But by the time I brought issue up to assistant, was told, we’ll just work with your assigned group. Please add consideration for this issue in your future classes; It matters, and would only take a moment. Dr. Curtis.

Dave, I am sorry to hear you and your daughter were separated into different groups. If I had my children with me I wouldn't want them to feel isolated either. I will relay your thoughts to our instructors to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. Thank you for making us aware. Troy, VP In-Pulse CPR

I was in a class with a majority of renewal persons. It makes it difficult to pay attention to details when the rest of the class has moved way ahead of you.

Liked everything about the class except the fact that you don’t offer CEU’s toward my nursing license. That’s a deal breaker for me and the only reason I won’t come back. 😕

Hello Mary, At one time, we were able to give CEUs. The American Heart Association stopped offering credits for the BLS certification a couple years back. They still offer them for more advanced classes like PALS and ACLS. If we could offer them we surely would. Unfortunately if you are in need of an AHA BLS certification for your healthcare job you won't find anyone who will offer you CEUs for the BLS class any longer.

When I took this class was different than any class I took before. CPR instructor didn't come actually watch people test out. She sat in vary front of room whole time. And issued cards at end. Instructor never came watched as practice and give feedback if we were doing something wrong. I'd of Neve known that wasn't way supposed to be but recently took a instructor class. If they are a AHA class they need to retrain how to teach a class.
