"I have been arguing with Instacart customer service since I purchased these special cups on June 8th. The cups were on sale buy one get one half off, the store said they gave it to the driver but the driver did not give it to me.\r\n\r\nI had ALL the details for the sale and the store said they can reprint the receipt. I asked Instacart for the refund of the difference owed to me - at LEAST $15.99. They said, \u201cOh it has to show store prices on the app\u201d so I took SCREENSHOTS on the APP of it saying store prices.\r\n\r\nToday they basically said too bad so sad. I am basically saying they STOLE my money."

"I had a trial membership. There is no way to cancel it so it rolled into an annual membership that I still can't cancel. Chat assistant doesn't help. Says to go to membership page but the only option is to sign up, not cancel. Someone needs to file a lawsuit."

"InstaCart\u2019s incompetent or dishonest shopper delivered only 3 of the 6 bags of my grocery order from Aldi on 4-12-2024. I was charged for all 20 items in my order but 7 items were missing \u2014 either left behind at the store, delivered to another customer, or stolen by the shopper. I called the senior help line and asked for these items to be redelivered. The CSR got approval from her manager to do so but when she went to process the re-delivery of the 7 items InstaCart\u2019s system would NOT allow her to do so because my account is under review owing to me making too many complaints!!! SO I APPEALED THE DECISION AND INSTACART STILL REFUSES TO PROVIDE A REFUND OR REDELIVERY \u2014 AND PROVIDED NO EXPLANATION FOR THEIR DECISION. WHY DO THEY FEEL THEY CAN RIP ME OFF, A DISABLED SENIOR? \r\n\r\nReally? I have never heard of such a thing! I am paying a heavy premium for InstaCart service and the shoppers are incompetent. Apparently there are an abundance of complaints here on BBB about InstaCart penalizing customers like this for their incompetent or dishonest shoppers. Make too many complaints??? I complained about three shoppers. \r\n\r\nShopper #1 in October 2023 put hate pamphlets in my Walgreen\u2019s order owing to my religion. I should have called the police! \r\n\r\nShopper #2 in March 2024 who delivered my Costco order complained multiple times in text messages that she was not making enough money on my order and it was too far of a drive. So I called to have her removed from my account. \r\n\r\nShopper #3 in April 2024 did not deliver half of my order! \r\n\r\nI think those are three extremely valid complaints! And I do not find that to be excessive on my part that my account should be placed in review. And under no circumstance do I feel that InstaCart should be able to keep my money for items that they did not deliver."
