“I submitted 3 times for tax exemption before I placed the order, nobody got back to me. I ended up paying tax on the transaction. Not good customer service.”

“We use size labels on all of our folded clothing in our store. They are easy to apply and make it so much easier for our customers find the size that they need. The stickers are always delivered very quickly. The service has always been exceptional.”

“I’ve ordered several times in the last two or three years and love the product. However, I’ve attempted to contact customer service via email three times regarding an order issue and I received NO response. Nothing was sent to my inbox or junk folder. This is the only reason they get a one star instead of five. If you don’t answer your customers you’re going to loose them.”
