“1st person who answered was a bit of a damp squid, but told me the information you needed from me to renew. 2nd person had a bit more about them, got the questions out quicker and sorted the renewal out easy”

“We have many policies with you and are always pleased with the prompt response from the sales team. We are very satisfy but I would mention one or two minor points. It would be good if there was some loyalty scheme, we have been with you for a number of years and for future renewals we will do a more detailed price comparison to ensure that loyalty is not taken as a done deal. Also one or two of your sales team could do with slowing down a little when explaining details of a policy. What they deal with on a daily basis is what their customers tend only to deal with once a year.”

“Very pleasant and helpful when purchasing insurance. Clear and explanatory answers to my questions. I have not ever made a claim, however, and I feel that the true judge of an insurance company is how they handle claims! For sales though, pretty good.”
