“I found the best for me it was quick,no pressure selling and is the best 15 minutes of my time jut what I wanted and all the paper work was done for me all I had to provide was the nature of business and set up a direct debit. It is great value for money JJ. Black”

“Your administrative service is very good with very prompt response to initial enquiry for initial quote and policy information. The policy information & quote provided was very thorough and clear; and your response time enabled you to ensure my business against competition who were offering similarly priced cover. Slight disappointment in that you were only able to offer me a 5 % discount overall given the following. I am insuring 3 properties with you; I have insured with you previously with no claims, I have never made an insurance claim during 30 years of property insurance ownership. Hoping for maybe a 10% discount next year if no claims are made? Appreciate you have to go through lengthy telephone conversation to confirm insurance cover and take payment.Maybe wise to somehow differentiate the call and make actually taking out or reissuing a policy a free-phone number to avoid your customer being responsible for payment of what can be up to a 20 minute call. Regards Mr Sidebottom”

“Intasure offer an efficient and relatively good value insurance service. I was surprised to see that the premium had increased by 7.7% this year. Upon enquiry the contents insurance amount had been unilaterally increased. By keeping this at the same level, I reduced the increase to around 3%.”

“We've had your insurance for our Spanish apartment for 1 year, and when we made our single claim for a damaged air conditioning unit, we were very happy with the speed and efficiency of settlement of the claim. What we did not appreciate was the hike in next years premium which we have just paid, of over £80. This seems to us like a real kick in the teeth for daring to make a claim. What is the point of having insurance at a reasonable premium, if you're going to get punished should you have to make a claim? Very disappointed.”

“Fast and efficient process to move from my old insurer to Intrasure at a much better rate with additional earthquake insurance. Quick to modify the offer when I wanted Accidental Breakage cover included. Hassle free experience -- hopefully any claims process will be equally hassle free.”
