“the web pages were easy to complete and the initial and all follow up phone contacts professional but friendly. I would have given them a very good rating, except the underwriting process took 24 hours longer than originally suggested.”

“It was very easy to set up a new policy for our holiday home. Intasure rang us back promptly and then emailed through a policy proposal by return. Policy seems comprehensive and good value.”

“I have found Intasure very efficient, helpful and polite. They made a fairly complicated business/home insurance situation simple, and unlike some other insurances, the renewal premium was only a little more than last year's, which was a nice surprise. Being able to pay it monthly also makes it a lot more manageable. Making amendments was also simple.”

“Our only criticism was when I phoned to renew, the premium was quoted at £473. However when I said last year was only £431 with no claims since, your advisor immediately reduced it to £433. So if I hadn't raised it would we have paid too much?”

“Intasure have offered an uncomplicated, transparent service. Their policy premium for holiday home insurance was competitive, indeed, Intasure are one of the few companies to provide this type of insurance. It was easy to use their online portal, but I contacted them by phone to complete the process and found their staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient. I am continuing to use Intasure for "normal" house building and contents insurance.”
