“Very friendly, helpful staff on phone, and a reasonable price as well. Being insurance, the real proof of the pudding will be if we ever need to claim, so I'll withhold a star as I can't really comment on the claim side of things (and hope I won't need to) but otherwise all good...”

“I renewed my policy on the telephone and it was done quickly and efficiently. I wish to discuss another property I wish to insure in France but I realized that the phone call was going to cost so I think you should have a free or cheap telephone line for such calls. Because it put me off and therefore it must do it to others.”
