Very friendly, helpful staff on phone, and a reasonable price as well. Being insurance, the real proof of the pudding will be if we ever need to claim, so I'll withhold a star as I can't really comment on the claim side of things (and hope I won't need to) but otherwise all good...

The £35 admin fee is dreadful! Almost 50% of the original premium.

The rep who took me through the rather extensive set of questions was very polite and efficient. She went at my pace, neither rushing me nor unduly dwelling on items that didn't apply.

I renewed my policy on the telephone and it was done quickly and efficiently. I wish to discuss another property I wish to insure in France but I realized that the phone call was going to cost so I think you should have a free or cheap telephone line for such calls. Because it put me off and therefore it must do it to others.

I had no problems at all renewing my insurance. The only thing I dont agree with is you retaining my card details to auto renew next year.
