“I renewed my insurance over the phone. The lady who dealt with me was efficient, polite, helpful and guided me through the process. She had a pleasant voice and I could understand everything she was saying which isn't always the case. My renewal documents were sent online for me to print off. A good overall experience.”

“Overall Intasure is a good company to deal with. We now have several of our property insurances with Intasure. This might however change as other companies who we insure with are starting to offer us discounts to take on more than one of our properties which Intasure do not and to align to one overall package rather than many individual arrangements. I suspect that if you do not introduce similar we will be drifting off to other providers as policies elapse.”
