This request seems to relate to online shopping whereas my interaction was by telphone. Nonetheless Kristin was helpful and prompt in sorting out and resolving my inquiry. Thank you Kristin.

Generally everything was done efficiently. The negatives were: I received multiple emails saying the same thing and attaching the same files. There was no reference in the Schedule to the fact that I was insuring two houses on the same land. This was subsequently rectified.

The one insurance company I have found in my long search that actually understands the needs of second home owners and offers an insurance policy that meets those needs. Other insurance companies take your money but, read the small print endorsements, and you will find their policies will not cover you and are not fit for purpose. Intrasure however knows those needs. The service was personal, understanding fast and professional unlike the other insurers who seem to employ young people simply to front their telephone service and cannot do anything than read out standard responses.

Good information provided about cover. Following a telephone call the staff member obtained a saving of £100 on initial renewal costs for similar cover. Perhaps this option could have been brought to my attention at the time of sending out the renewal papers.

I need a reliable insurer to safeguard the property that I have worked so hard to build for my family. Intasure provide that assurance, their early contact to remind me, their straight forward documents as well good value all builds my trust in them. Thank you

As at this present time, I have had a good rapport with the company, although I have not put any claims through, I have found that all areas of cover exceed what I needed., and having the advantage of a very easy payment, (mine has been paid in full on the date), all in all I would definitely use Intersure again. This is my second year with Intasure. They are always very helpful on the phone and their staff are always very competent. I've never had to make a claim so I cannot comment on that.

I have always found Intasure good and helpful and when I unfortunately had to make a claim most things went smoothly. However I do find the renewal system not so good as the first few years, when I would receive my documents in the post and someone would phone me to take my payment. Now I have to wait on the phone for ages before speaking to someone. My documents are now sent via email which take ages to read( print very small) and then when I renew the same set of documents are sent again. If you don't have a printer (which I don't) its a nightmare! When I was originally asked for an email address I asked what if I don't have one I was told " you have to use another persons" not a good answer. However I guess its a way of the world and everything is online.

I found Intasure to be very proactive in terms of making contact, taking details and organising a quote. There was also prompt follow up to discuss the cover. Initially the insurer would not give flood cover since we are within 500metres of a stream (like most properties in Austria), the representative discussed this with them and they agreed to accept the risk with a small addition to the premium. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome.

Please note that when using your website to send requests there is no recognition shown that when you submit your information that this has been received. So in my opinion you could improve by showing a simple acknowledgment to inform the user. I initally requested 3 online quotes without a call back before i then submitted another online request to call me back. When speaking to operatives they have been polite, friendly and supportive.
