“Dejan at International Citizens Insurance was extremely patient and helpful as I was researching my healthcare options . We had a number of conversations over a few weeks and he always gave me the time I needed to ask and discuss questions . Accessing " your quote " on the Cigna Global website must be one of the most frustrating things ever , Dejan solved that problem by acting as the intermediary . Excellent service . Thank you .”

“Carolina Olivera, who was the International Citizens Insurance representative who assisted me is a treasure and an asset to this organization. During a stressful time (getting ready to move out of country), Carolina was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and above all, kind. She did not act like most monotone, disinterested, could-care-less customer service agents. She treated me like a friend. I didn't know that customer service could still be like this. She was responsive to my calls and emails. She offered solutions and suggestions for issues that arose during my search for the right policy and was genuinely supportive. She made me feel like we were a team searching for the best possible outcomes for my health insurance needs. Because of my experience with Carolina, I would recommend this organization to everyone.”
