“Jejan at ICI is excellent1 A thoughtful and knowledgeable advisor. Let me explain. Before reaching out to Dejan, my wife and I were working with another broker at a different company. She was kind and tried to be helpful, but mainly looked at, and sent us screenshots of, the tables on insurance companies' websites. After making a decision, she sent us a link to sign up, which was confusing at best, useless at worst. So we contacted Dejan. He listened. He learned what our plans were for international travel, asked thoughtful questions, and made a smart suggestion to use a different vendor and a different country as our base for our global digital nomad plans...promptly reducing our expaected cost by about half! To summarize, Dejan listened. He asked thoughtful questions. He understood our needs and plans. He used his expertise to find a FAR better solution than a lesser company "advisor" who could only read a website. Thank you Dejan!”

“If everybody did business like Dejan and his team, the world would be so much happier, and life would be so much more simple. Absolute pro. No pressure whatsoever, and at the same time, he was there exactly when I needed him to remind me. Left to my own procrastination, I could’ve easily missed out on some special discounts. This whole process, because of my situation alone, took about five months. Let me reiterate. This was because of my situation. He could’ve turned it around in two days. The point I’m making is that he stuck with me the entire time, and never once did I feel like I was being pestered. Absolute amazing experience. Thanks so much Dejan!”

“Brennan was extremely helpful when I was first looking into policies for myself. He followed up with me and continued to offer support as I needed it. I was able to compare policies clearly and without a large amount of confusion, and thus able to choose one that worked well for me. “This was my first experience with obtaining international health insurance and it was quite overwhelming. I was fortunate to have Brennan McDonnell as my broker and that made all the difference. Brennan was very conscientious, reliable and prompt about returning emails/phone calls and answering questions. He worked hard with me to find a "good-fit" Cigna policy and I am very pleased with the results. Brennan was always friendly, patient and informative throughout the process and I am grateful for that!”
