“I had a great experience working with Brennan. He was extremely knowledgeable and always responsive to my calls. I had multiple questions while trying to understand the details of my policy, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. “Our family had not previously been aware of the need for international healthcare coverage until a job opportunity arose in Europe for my son. “I have had many good experiences getting help from International Citizens Insurance. My first contact was Valentina Thomas who was very helpful with finding good, affordable short term health insurance in Germany. Recently Jordan Richey was able to help me sort out long term private health insurance in Germany. It was a very long and difficult sorting process for me. Jordan was able to ask the right questions and give the practical advice to help me finalize my choices. Then he was there to help with glitches with the payment process. I felt very supported and good about my fiinal product. Thank you.”
