“We were moving overseas and Will Smih provided excellent, professional services. He asked questions and made some recommendations. I wasn't a high pressure sales interview. And when it came to falling out the application, as well as responding to the insurance company's questions, he was there to help us understand and provide appropriate answers. And after approval, he stayed with us and alerted us when we needed to take action. I would highly recommend his services to anyone contemplating International insurance.”

“I've been working with a couple associates of International Citizens Insurance and they were all very good at what they do. It was easier to work with Carolina Olivera as she was in my time zone. I can't say enough good things about her service. She was always quick to respond with any questions I had, and their were many. She was very patient as it took me awhile to decide on an insurance. She didn't come across as an over zealous seller of insurance either. I like that. She went above and beyond to accomidate my daughter and her families insurance needs. I highly recommend her for customer service.”

“A rating of 5 stars for the customer interaction (incl. patience and friendliness) by Specialist Mrs. Olivera. Also as it relates to direct answers to (scenario) inquiries. I was not aware beforehand that ICI had limited insurance options. Mrs. Olivera was upfront with this and explained the benefits of the insurance, which was already of great interest to me prior to contacting ICI. She, additionally, laid out some specific benefits, which would be very relevant to me concerning travels. During the time frame of thinking things over, I never felt pushed towards any policy and also this was much appreciated!”
