“Carilolina Wolfe of ICI has been very helpful in guiding us to the best and most appropriate health insurance plan. “I have had a seemless experience with the International Citizens Insurance representative Ms Carolina Wolfe. She has been very selfless, responsive and supportive through out the entire process. She took the time off to respond to all my inquiries with poise and respectfully. Despite our difference in time zones, Carolina was always present and I would recommend her any day any time. “Finding an insurance policy is always a challenge. “We worked with both Brennan and Eamonn, they were both very informative and excellant comunicators. Although we have not needed the insurance yet, and hope we never will, the tell all will be if and when we need the insurance. Hopfully at that time, it goes as smooth as the signing up was.”

“Carolina has gone out of her way many times to help me. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend her to friends and use her again if i ever needed international insurance. I had to reach out to her for help and questions many times and she always got back to me immediately. I am grateful for all the help she gave me. “Will was very helpful, he was able to hear out my situation and recommend the best insurance option for me. He prepared me for what the outcome would look like based on my pre-existing condition so I wasn’t surprised by what the underwriters decided. I was able to get approved for health insurance abroad faster than I could in America”

“Brennan, has been amazing to work with he is so thorough, looking at all of the plans were so overwhelming and he took time to explain based on my daughter’s needs while she is traveling to work in Australia for a year and what happens if she comes back early, so we wanted to make sure she was covered with health insurance . We are very happy that he’s also given us a way to reach him when she is overseas if something comes up. Very “white glove” service.”
