“We used International Friends for transfer from our London hotel to Southampton cruise terminal, and then Southampton to Heathrow. Both drivers were professional, on time, and we were grateful for the attention. We’ll use them again later in the year. Thank you!”

“Our transfer from London to Dover via Dover Castle was right on schedule. In fact, while we had planned to walk over to a hotel for the pickup, Int Friends did us a big favor by coming over to our hotel (which was not on the list of hotels they pick up) and saved us from having to carry our luggage a few blocks. That made matters much nicer and saved us some headaches (especially if the weather was bad - which thankfully wasn't). We would use them again in the future.”

“I have used International friends a few times and each time when picked up from an airport the car is never there waiting and I have to call to find out where they are....”

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm very sorry to read your comments - our drivers are instructed to monitor flights, arrive at the airport 30 minutes after the flight lands. They will then wait in the arrivals area with an International Friends board with the lead passengers name on for a further hour. I would really appreciate if you could please email info@internationalfriends.co.uk with your comments and booking reference number/lead passenger name, so I can look into the exact occasions and circumstances. “Overall the tour was great and the guide was working very well. One minor disappointment was that a group was late for the meeting time and we needed to wait 30 mins in the bus. It was unavoidable but a bit frustrated for the others.”

“Very enjoyable, friendly, knowledgable guide. Downside, we were assured, before booking, that we would be dropped off at Heathrow (terminal 3) first, as we had a plane to catch. What actually happened, was 2 stops were made at hotels (the passengers had no time pressure) and a further stop, before we were dropped off, causing unnecessary stress and pressure on us. “Our guide, Rob, was very friendly, informative and fun. He shared good information and insight as we drove to our three stops and then to our hotel. He also assisted us (and the other guests) bring our bags into our hotel.”

“This was the second time we used this company for a transfer from Southampton to London on an excursion tour before a drop off to our hotel by Heatrow and we were very pleased to our excursion to Bath, the Cotswolds, Lacock and the beautiful scenery of the country side. The guide was very acknowledge and gave us a brief history of the different locations during the trip. Good dinner included in a charming English Inn and it was ready when we came to the place as we were expecting. Nice comfortable bus ride also. We loved the town of Bath and we recommended this king of transfer if you have the time before your trip back home. Also they are very friendly and provide us also with enough time for the visit to these mentionned places.”
