“I enjoyed the tour from beginning to end. I liked being picked up by bus and taken to both Oxford and the Harry Potter studio tour so that I didn't have to worry about getting there myself. I enjoyed the Oxford tour and was happy to have free time to explore the area. The Harry Potter tour was amazing and totally worth traveling for. I also appreciated that while we traveled by bus, the guide gave us info about landmarks we were passing, and some history about the area as well. Everything was professionally handled and I would recommend the tour to anyone interested in Harry Potter.”

“Maybe have something organised on the Saturday for the visitors who were not going to Loch Ness as there was nothing organised although I didn't mind going around on own anyway and the tour guide was very helpful.”

“The ordering process was smooth online. The tour itself was enjoyable. *** is an excellent driver. *** was lively and enthusiastic and gave us some good tips about what to do first at Highclere Castle. We would recommend the tour to others who wanted a small coach tour rather than drive to the Cotswolds and Highclere themselves.”

“We chose this tour as an option to get to London following a cruise. For only slightly more money than taking the train, we were able to tour Bath and Lacock - definitely worthwhile. The trip to Bath was great! We chose the additional tour of the Roman Baths which should not be missed. Due to this tour, we did not have time to walk around Bath or to do any shopping, so I would have preferred another hour or so in Bath. The next stop at the pub in Lacock was also fun. This small town was very welcoming, the food at the pub was good and it was hard to believe the pub had been around since the 1300's. We had time to walk around time, shop and enjoy ourselves. Would definitely recommend this tour!”

“I took the Downton Abbey tour. It was a nice experience and a real thrill to visit the locations. Booking with IF was easy and the pickup from the hotel was good too, only perhaps it would have been nice to be dropped off at the same pick-up point instead of being dragged all the way down to London while we rode past by our hotel. Should revise that, please...”

“It would have been good if someone in authority could have lined us up more orderly before getting on the coach - so that other passengers could pass. Also it was the last to arrive who made a front line and so entered the bus first for front seats.\nWe felt *** was very friendly and informative and thoroughly enjoyed spending our day at bath and The Cotswalds before being dropped at Heathrow Airport.”

“I was very satisfied with the tour service and taxi service provided by International Friends. Our tour to Stonehenge was great and our driver was really excellent. He was on time, courteous and very funny. \nOur driver at the port of Southampton was very courteous and friendly, and got us to LHR in a very timely manner. \nBoth of our drivers should be commended for there excellent service and great work ethic. I was very pleased.”

“We used International Friends for 3 different rides on our recent trip to London. Our first experience (when driver picked us up at Heathrow to deliver us to London) was just ok... the line to get through customs was very long (2 hours and completely out of our control), but our driver was NOT friendly and seemed quite upset. Our other two rides (from London to Southampton with 2 hour stopover at Stonehenge, then again from Southampton to Heathrow were FANTASTIC!”

“We took the Making of Harry Potter tour and the Downton Abbey (including Cotswolds, Village and Highclere Castle)/Oxford tours. Both were very good but there are several things that would have improved the HP experience: other tours apparently showed portions of one of the movies on the bus. That would have added to the experience and shortened the feeling of the drive. Tell people in advance that if they pass by the butter beer place, they won't be able to go back (or make Warner Brothers change that) and third, tell people they can get alot ot the HP stuff in Oxford, with a lot of selection, shorter lines, and possibly better deals.”

“I hired International Friends during my recent visit to London. For each of the 3 different legs - one from Heathrow to London by private car; one from London to Southampton by small van; and one from Southampton to Heathrow by small van.... I found the service and the drivers to be exceptional. \n\nthey were all on time, very pleasant, and provided comfortable transportation.”
