“We used your service to pick us up at our hotel and bring us to the cruise ship. This was very smooth and easy. We used your service to pick us up at the cruise ship and took the tour of Stonehenge, Windsor Castle & Salisbury Cathedral, and then a drop off at our hotel at the airport. This was also quite easy, and the only thing I would say that needs a little bit of improvement, would be that the bus was not noticeable to us, and we stood around for about a half hour wondering where it was. It happened to be in front of us but we did not know it. The guide came over to us and asked us if we were waiting, and we were the last ones on the bus. He was excellent in telling us about everything, and he was also very engaging and had a good sense of humor. The lines were extremely long at Windsor Castle, so we did not get to see everything inside.”

“we had a great time the tour guide was great and had a great sense of humour name was trevor\nunfortunately it poured at Windsor but at Bath and Stonehenge it was beautiful sunshine.\nmy only comment was that there wasn,t enough time to spend at each place so one could really look around, maybe it would be better to do 2 places in a day, say just Bath and Stonehenge however we had a great day, and would book again with International Friends, thank you again for a wonderful experience”

“Very good service ! We book from Southampton to London hotel . When we exit cruise terminal, staff already there to check name . After we done Windsor castle , group separate to 3 group , one go to airport , one go to east side hotel , last one go to west side hotel. So we don't need to go to airplort with other people .”

“Our Downton Abbey tour was wonderful. Our guide, ***, was outstanding and made the day so enjoyable. He was as excited about Downton Abbey as we were. His stories were excellent!”

“*** was a good guide and we enjoyed learning about Bath and Lacock and *** was a good bus driver. The only issue we had was when we were dropped off at a hotel in London to wait for transportation to our hotels. There were 6 of us who had hotels further from the other passengers. We were told the taxi driver would be there is 5 minutes and that we would save an hour by taking the taxi and not remaining on the bus. We waited about 30 minutes for the driver and we were not delivered to our hotel for almost another hour. I was under the impression that we would be at our hotel by 6:30 p.m. We didn't arrive at our hotel until after 8 p.m. which was 5 hours from the time we left Lacock. That part was very frustrating and unacceptable to all of us. There should have been other transportation for those of us who were in hotels further from the city center. Seems this could have been better planned since our hotel locations were known in advance.”

“Meet dockside at scheduled time, where we were assisted by our driver and tour guide with stowing our luggage in the immaculate tour bus. The guide provided excellent commentary throughout the travel and visits to Bath an Locock (Cotswold area) en route to our final destination in London. We would unhesitatingly recommend this post-cruise transfer from Southampton to various points in London including Heathrow Airport.”

“Overall, I greatly enjoyed the tour. Our guide, *** was knowledgeable and witty. He made me want to return to Oxford. A couple of suggestions, though. It would have been extremely helpful if our main tour director gave us her contact number in case of a problem. Plus, a map of Oxford with the bus return spot would have been helpful. *** dropped us off on broad street, and we were not sure exactly how to get back to the bus. Plus, ***? Said to return at 6:15, but *** kept repeating over and over that we needed to return by 6. Thus, we had very little time to wander around Oxford due to the bus arriving in Oxford late, not sure how to find the bus, and no clarity of return time.”

“The departure from the cruise terminal was well organized, with passengers boarding in the the order they disembarked. Some passengers did get a little uncomfortable waiting for driver to turn on the A/C. International Friends also seemed to put a lot of good planning into redistributing the passengers and luggage to smaller vehicles for transfers from the studios to our hotels and airports.\nOur driver was courteous and explained the schedule and plans thoroughly (although sometimes my untrained American ear struggled to understand his English!).\nWe made one 30-minute rest stop, which offered a nice variety of dining and shopping establishments.(NOTE: Try to carry some British currency for your own convenience!) A slightly longer stop would have been helpful, particularly because our party of 5 needed to coordinate.\nThe Warner Bros. Harry Potter studio tour far exceeded our expectations, with much to offer fans of the HP books and/or movies, as well as anyone with a passion for film or live theater. I only wish we hadn't spent so much (20%?) of our allotted time standing in the entry queue.”
