“I experienced an excellent level of service in getting myself between my hotel in London and Southhampton. The driver, car and conversation were most courteous. \n\nI had been informed that my pickup would be delayed for a further half hour but the driver had not been informed so I was not ready when he arrived.\n\nHowever, I did manage to get to the car albeit a bit late.”

“The only area that could use a little finesse is when we were departing the boat the ticket said someone would be in the terminal however we ended up being sent outside to a numbered door. A little confusion easily rectified! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and the entire tour was excellent. I would definitely recommend this particular trip for anyone coming from a cruise and we will be looking into the other tours for our return to London in the future!”

“Bus driver was very nice but he was a bit late and everyone was waiting in different areas for the bus after all the tours had been picked up already. Tour guide was amazingly knowledgeable but he spoke so quickly that they was not an opportunity to absorb the info and ask questions. The tour we took: Bath and the Cotswalds and lunch was a great tour”

“We were driving to Southampton with a stop in Stonehenge. Everything worked perfectly as stated on our reservation. This was traveling by bus with a group of other people. Stops were made at various London hotels and three in the outskirts of Heathrow Airport. Sufficient time was scheduled for Stonehenge. Cost was very fair and included admission fees to Stonehenge. We arrived at the cruise port between 2-2:30 pm with ample time to board our ship. The driver and hostess were most professional and helpful. We highly recommend.”

“we had a very good trip from our cruise ship in South Hampton to Heathrow Airport. I would not hesitate to use them again.the driver was very nice and chatted to us all the way a pleasure.we booked it at the last minute so we were very pleased. ***”

“Outstanding service from pickup at Southampton Cruise Port to LHR Marriott.\n\nMy only recommendation is to add an option to your booking web site to book a "return" itinerary, not just a one-way trip, eliminating the need for two separate reservations for Southampton-Southampton cruises. And perhaps a discount for return trips?”

“Our driver arrived shortly after we disembarked from the cruise ship. Other Internatinal Friends reps were there and helpful. We arrived at Heathrow in a timely fashion. I found the company through s Google search and chose well as it met our expectations.”

“Our driver picked us up at our hotel a bit early which was good. He was very personable and got us to our cruise ship in good time, especially with the Monday morning London traffic. I found International Friends through a Google search and highly recommend the company for excellent communication, good price, smaller vehicle and outstanding service.”

“It was very interesting to see Oxford before heading to the studios! Unfortunately our tour guide seemed timid and not very engaging. But the bus ride to and from London was convenient and comfortable!”

“I would definitely recommend to others. Our driver provided transport from our London hotel to Southampton, with a 2-hour stop at Stonehenge on the way. He was timely, very courteous and friendly... and his vehicle was very clean. Thank you for such great service!”

“Booking the transfer to Southhampton via Stonehenge was easy even though our hotel wasn't listed on the pull down pickup menu. Our confirmation was sent shortly after I booked it and on the day of pickup, the coach bus was on time. The driver and guide were very courteous and knowledgeable. We would be comfortable referring our friends and family to International Friends in the future.”

“It would be better to allocate more time to each attraction. We were given only 2 hours for Windsor Castle, and spent 45 minutes of that time standing in line. This didn't give us enough time to appreciate what we saw and I felt like the entrance fee was a waste of money. It was the same case with Stonehenge, long lines and little time.”
