“I have bought items from this company many times and found them to be a professional company to do business with. Area to be improved is the information feedback whilst waiting for order to arrive. Order status says ‘processing ‘ right up to day of delivery when final invoice is shown. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to friends.”

Hi Steven, Sorry that you had to wait for your order. The items you ordered were coming from Osram UK and we had to wait for their order to arrive with us as explained in the emails we sent to you. We do not drop-ship and do not order directly from China.

“I was very pleased to find that International Lamps had the replacement T4 22W Daylight Fluorescent Tube that I required when my local electrical wholesaler could not source them. I was worried that the length seemed to be about 2 mm too long but when they arrived they were identical. Quick delivery and well packaged.”
