Package of bulbs arrived quickly however 6 bulbs were smashed. Packaging to protect bulbs was shredded paper so not really good enough to protect bulbs in transport.

Products work (so far - as expected). Arrived safely packed. All web site advertised as 'in-stock' but some delay due to being 'out of stock '!!!! Whilst this might be rare for this retailer, the practice of adverting items not actually in stock is growing and very poor customer service. For future reference, if an item is urgent, might be worth telephone call first to check actual availability.

Received used and burnt out lamps, which is poor quality control, even if they've had customers act unethically, returns products should be checked prior to reselling. I Informed the company of the issue and requested speedy delivery given the time wasted already waiting for the faulty goods to arrive when I needed the product however, my request was ignored and the goods posted via regular 48hr service. Disappointed to say the least.

Dear Ikram, Sorry to hear you have had a problem with the lamps you received. Can you confirm that you are running the lamps from a 25v source and not 240v as the item you ordered was 25v. If you are running them from 240V then this will cause the lamps to burn out immediately. If you are running them from standard 240v then you have ordered incorrectly. If you wish to order the 240v version then please contact us and we can send you a link correct item.

Paid an extortionate amount for next day shipping (around £15) and it still took the standard 4 days.

I have been a customer for 10+ years. I recently ordered to take advantage of the 10% discount but did not find the area for applying the discount code and proceeded to checkout. After the order was placed I was unable to cancel and emailed the company only to be told that the discount could not be retrospectively applied or cancelled. I emailed again only to be told the same. Very disappointed to be treated as a long time customer and will be looking elsewhere in the future after the lack of customer care I have been given.

Hi Graham, Sorry to hear you feel disappointed with our service but as we advised in the email to you, once the order was placed and the payment processed, we cannot then apply the discount. Had you asked for the order to be cancelled we would have done but this was not requested.

The delivery took longer than planned and the bulbs had the wrong size screw connector, this does not alter the fact that they genuinely tried to help us. The type of bulb we need seems to be unobtainable.

I placed an order for an item shown as in stock that was not. Delivery was quoted in weeks! The refund was made satisfactorily and the whole process was handled efficiently though fruitless. I can't comment on delivery or the products as I never received any.

The products I ordered were not what I expected, so I am still waiting for a Goods Return Number so that I can send them back for a refund.

Hi Michael, When you ordered this item we were showing a delivery date of the 26th May. We alaso sent you an email to make sure you had seen this when you placed your order. This item will be despatched as per the information shown when the item was ordered.

Hi Derek, Apologies for the delay. We are experiencing a lot of problems with importing EU products and then clearing customs. Customs do not advise you when your packages will be processed and so we just have to wait until they arrive. If you do not wish to wait please let us know and we will refund your payment. I have had no problem with international lamps courtesy in their emails but as of today’s date I still have not received my lamps I ordered about six weeks ago. Apparently due to import problems. I assume this will be sorted shortly.

Disappointed as these bulbs are not Cool white as says on the order but Daylight bright which I did not ask for. Your communication and delivery were good.

Products very good but delivery expensive and not very quick, infact if I had only bought one Tube the delivery would have cost more than the Tube
