Hi Gina, You have not received the item because you have ordered an item where our website was showing a due dated of 21st October. We also sent you an email confirming that the item you ordered was showing that date. Once the item is available it will be despatched to you with a confirming email.

Purchased lamps from this company even though our last purchase was a delivery of 20 damaged lamps and after the company replaced, without any issue, the damaged lamps, after installing, some of the lamps have failed within a few weeks of install, so not exactly enamoured with this outcome. Our next order was for some heat lamps which you can’t really go wrong with but will have to wait and see.

Nothing wrong with the goods, well packaged, etc but delivery time was woeful.

Hi, Sorry to hear you were disapointed with the delivery time of the product. Looking at your order it was placeded on the 1st February and despatched by Royal Mail on the 5th. At the time of ordering we were quoting a delivery time of 7-10 days on the order confirmation emails. With this in mind we would have been within our quoted time frame.

My Review is that I have dealt with International lamps for years and they still will not set up a credit account for me I could spend a lot more with this company but if they dont trust me I dont see why I should, I dont owe them any money so whats the problem.

Hi Gary, Our decisions for who is given a credit account are based on a report from a credit reference agency. We have followed their advice on how we should proceed with your application.

Ordered item 21 jan. Website said in stock delivery up to 7 days .finally got 1 mar. Dont believe what website tells you!

Hi Derek, Our apologies for the delay with your order. This was down to the manufacturer being out of stock and unable to meet their delivery dates. As I'm sure you are aware importing items into the UK has been problematic at best and although it is getting better it is still causing issues.

Dear Derrick, Apologies for the delay. We are experiencing a lot of problems with importing EU products and then clearing customs. Customs do not advise you when your packages will be processed and so we just have to wait until they arrive. If you do not wish to wait please let us know and we will refund your payment. Thank you for your patience with a situation that is not within our control.

Hi Christopher, The item you ordered was listed as a Pre Order item with a due date to us of the 26th February. If you are unable to wait for this delivery please let us know and we will refund your payment.

I cannot comment as despite originally being told my order would be with me by 1st October, I am now being told maybe the end of October. Very unsatisfactory to be honest!!

Hi David, We are sorry for ther delay with your order but as expalined in the update email sent to you we were let down by the manufacturer who could not fulfil their order to us. A situation I'm sure you can see is beyond our control. If you are unable to wait for the new stock to be available from ther manufacturer please email us and we will refund your payment straight away.

Wasn't happy ,got my heater element, which arrived in good time,and was packaged very well,but was broken,phoned up to report,was told to send a email,which I did,again quick reply and told a new element would be sent out to me,felt happy about the service,two days later new element arrived,but again it was broken,don't know if I was just unlucky,but couldn't be bothered to report it again. Just bought a new full heater instead?

Hi Kevin, Sorry for the delay you are experiencing but the item you order is listed as a Pre order item which takes 7 working days for us to get in. That does not include the 4 days in the Easter break. Your items will be available for despatch within the next few days. Please bear with us deliveries are taking longer due to the current pandemic.

The lamps I wanted were advertised with free postage and my online order was accepted and payment taken when I placed it. Then I was contacted by International Lamps and asked to either pay a significant additional carriage charge or cancel the order. I chose the latter, continued shopping online and found the same lamps from a different supplier at virtually the same price, but with a carriage charge tat was a fraction of what International Lamps wanted to charge.

Hi Peter, It is unfortunate that we had to ask for additional carriage. Your item was over 600mm and so unable to be despatched by Royal Mail. This along with your Scottish Highlands post code meant your order incurred extra cost from Fedex. As you check out there is a statement on the page advising our customers of this possible extra cost.

Poor customer service I ordered in stock lines on Sunday 12th Jan. IL took the money from the order on Monday 13th Jan On Thursday I enquired when the goods will arrive (they charged carriage) They said it was normal to take the money before the order was processed In the event the goods arrived on Monday 20th Jan By comparison I ordered from another company on Sunday 19th Jan. The goods arrived on Tuesday 21st Jan and they didn't charge carriage on top!

Was very disappointed with the level of service I received. I placed my order on Sunday and it was not dispatched until the following Friday! It then took a further 3 days to be delivered all in all taking 8 days which is completely unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from your website again.

Hi Daren, Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery time of your product BUT when you ordered the item it was showing as a Pre Order item with a delivery time of 4-5 days. If you then take into account the 2-3 working day delivery service, we had delivered it on time.
