Ordered 24 6ft led tubes from this company 5 of them were broke. Phoned company and basically said they won’t do anything about it. Won’t be using them again poor customer service

The bulb we bought lasted two days. If this is not poor quality I don't know what is,and at £4.99 it was t the cheapest either.

Hi Jayne, This review is not for the order 60319 that you placed with us. We sent you an email on 24th October advising we were unable to supply the items. We then refunded your payment in full.

I ordered two led tubes on 10th October, only to be advised that they would not be available until the 28th October. It is now 1st November and I still do not have them or been advised if, or when they are likely to be delivered. My overall view of this company is very very poor.

Hi, When you placed your order our website was already showing a due date of 28th. We also sent you an email advising you of this in case you missed it. The delivery time has run over by a couple of days but we are expecting our new stock in the next few days.

Hi Phi, We stated that delivery for this product was October on the website when you made yoyr order. We also sent you an email to make sure you saw the delivery date. If you do not wish to wait for the item then you should not have ordered it. Please contact our sales team if you wish to cancel your order.

Hi Keith, Apologies for the delay but we have been waiting on the item to come in from the manufacturer. It arrived with us end of yesterday. Your order will leave us today and will be with you tomorrow. You will receive an email later today with the tracking details.

Basically dropshippers you order then wait 3 weeks for them to import from china never use again.

Hi Steven, Sorry that you had to wait for your order. The items you ordered were coming from Osram UK and we had to wait for their order to arrive with us as explained in the emails we sent to you. We do not drop-ship and do not order directly from China.

Hi, apologies for the delay. As explained in our email to you on 28th January, the original manufacturer discontinued this item. We managed to find another supplier but we are looking at a May delivery time. In our email we also offered to cancel and refund your payment should you not wish to wait but we have not had a reply from you concerning that. If you do wish to cancel your order please contact our sales team.

Hello, on checking the order 54354 we can see you ordered 6 pcs which were showing as pre order items. We confirmed this in a reply email. The lamps did come in late and when you asked us to cancel the order we refunded you in full that day. Please check your records to make sure this review is for the order you placed with us.

Hi Angela, Apologies for the delay but as explained in the email we sent to you on the 10th, there is a delay with this item from our supplier. We have been advised to expect delivery to us by the end of the week which is the information we passed on to you. As soon as the item is here we will despatch the order to you.

I ordered and paid for lights on the 6th of December 2021. I was told there was a delay. I accepted that, AT THAT TIME!!! I emailed you regarding this lack of information - still no response. The money was taken - no goods delivered !!. Please respond appropriately

Hi Kieran, Apologies for the delay with your item. As explained in the email we sent to you when you placed your order, we are waiting for our stock delivery from our supplier. This is still the case and we have just been advised that they have yet again had to delay the shipment. As we seem unable to aquire an accurate delivery time from our supplier for this item we will cancel your order and issue a full refund today. Apologies once again for the inconvenience.

Hi Michael, We have checked our emails and cannot find a message from you chasing this item. On the 26th May we did send you an email advising that the order was despatched by Royal Mail. We are happy to chase orders if they are over due but we must be informed of that so we can help. If you have not received the order please let us know.

So far, Not satisfactory. 80 units were ordered. so far only 20 have arrived. These were in a damaged package repaired by the carrier and so far I have installed 10. Of these one was in an intact cardboard tube but the glass light tube was broken in half and another refused to work when plugged in. The remaining 10 should be installed on tuesday.

Hi John, We have just received your review saying that you have only received 20 pcs of the order when all 80 pcs were despatched to you. We have not been advised of any short shipment despite the your invoice advising that all items sent. We have also not been advised of any damaged or faulty goods. Obviously we need to be advised of these problems to enable us to respond appropriately. Can you confirm all of the above so we can assist you.
