Having received a damaged light and informed international lamps I am still waiting for a refund having been told that I would.

First part of my order was processed in good time however some goods were not in stock..............unfortunately I am still waiting for these goods a couple of months later

Hi Al;an, Apologies for the delay. The two light bulbs you are waiting are due to us at the end of this month. If you are unable to wait for them please let us know and we will refund you for them.

Hi, On the 9th March you asked us to cancel the order and refund your payemnt which we did that day. This is why you have not received your order.

Still waiting for halogen bulbs to arrive. Were on back order but should have been dispatched by now. No communication received as to when I should expect them. Not sure if I would use this company again.

Hi Kevin, Sorry for the delay you have experienced with your order. We had sent you an email advising that we were expecting delivery on the 10th of February but due to problems we have experienced with our stock orders coming in from Europe,it was delayed several times. We have received stock now and your order is being processed today.

Hi Claire, The item ordred was listed as Pre Order on the website. On placing our order with the supplier we were advised it had been discontinued. As this was not a stock item for us we would not be unaware of the situation.

Customs do not advise you when your packages will be processed and so we just have to wait until they arrive. If you do not wish to wait please let us know and we will refund your payment. Hello Bryn, Apologies for the delay. It looks like Crompton Lamps did not have their January stock delivery due to importing and customs problems. They have now advised a due time to us of 26th February. If you are unable to wait for this item please let us know and we refund your payment.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Assured item would be with me by 15th Jan. Emailed last week to say not received it, told there had been delay and would be with me this week. Still not received. Invoice for my payment sent and now asked to review! Not happy!

Hi Nirmal, Sorry to see you were unhappy with the order. When ordering items in from manufacturers we are always dependant upon their stock. Unfortunately in your case the manufacturers we out of stock though we did advise you of this once we were made aware.

Dear Gill, Please refer to our email sent to you on the 7th July advising that the item you ordered was showing on the website as a Pre order item and that the supplier could not advise a delivery date. This is still the case. Please let us know if you wish to cancel the order.
