“the item i ordered was discontinued, but was informed promply and was reimbursed immediately. If that's the sort of service for goods not in stock i can only hope its the same when you have them in stock.”

“Was very disappointed with the level of service I received. I placed my order on Sunday and it was not dispatched until the following Friday! It then took a further 3 days to be delivered all in all taking 8 days which is completely unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from your website again.”

Hi Daren, Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery time of your product BUT when you ordered the item it was showing as a Pre Order item with a delivery time of 4-5 days. If you then take into account the 2-3 working day delivery service, we had delivered it on time.

“Ordered 4 bulbs they seemed to be well packed However upon closer inspection one of bulbs was damaged small circular piece of glass inside the box”

“Have used International Lamps for several years now and the products are always good, customer service is brilliant. I still have LED bulbs from about 5 years ago which are still fine. Never have to wait to get through to the company & they will send out a replacement light if there is a problem with one. Have also called them for advice and they were very helpful. Lights are sent out quickly and very well packaged with lots of recycled paper (no plastic). Their website may not be as flashy as others but it works well and you can search using various filters. Their prices are competitive.”

“I needed a replacement fluorescent tube for a bathroom clinic and was having a real problem finding one - it’s all LED these days and I understand why BUT I only needed a replacement Finally, I discovered that a International Lamps had exactly what I wanted so I ordered four to cover me for the future. Tubes were spot on at a realistic price and delivery was very prompt.”
