Dear Mr Owens, We send our utmost apologies for the problems you have had with your order. We believe the matter has now been resolved and your lamps will be delivered tomorrow, 16th Dec 2015. “I have been waiting for my delivery for five days. Although royal mail state 2-5 days it's going to be at least six now. Also why give a tracking number when you can only check if it's been delivered.”

As a good will gesture, we are sending you out today via Fedex 3 x free of ILGU105.35KND, which we would expect to be delivered to you tomorrow. This will be fully trackable online after 5pm today.
