Dear Mr Owens, We send our utmost apologies for the problems you have had with your order. We believe the matter has now been resolved and your lamps will be delivered tomorrow, 16th Dec 2015. Not IMPRESSED as at this moment Sunday B.Holl: As the two lamps I ordered 4 days ago hav not so far been delivered by Royal Mail ? Now retired I used your supplies with an account ----E.M.S Banbury Oxo regards Brian K.

Dear Brian, We are very sorry to hear you have yet to receive your goods.We will be investigating this with the courier.Unfortunately our supplier does not have any stock until 11/09. We will send the goods out asap. Best Regards internatioanlleds.co.uk

I have been waiting for my delivery for five days. Although royal mail state 2-5 days it's going to be at least six now. Also why give a tracking number when you can only check if it's been delivered.

We do not like having disappointed customers and strive to achieve full customer satisfaction. As a good will gesture, we are sending you out today via Fedex 3 x free of ILGU105.35KND, which we would expect to be delivered to you tomorrow. This will be fully trackable online after 5pm today. We have already emailed you the tracking number. When your original order does arrive,please keep these goods with our compliments. We always try and resolve any problems customers have before we receive a bad review.
