This order was p!aced on 7th of April I know Easter got i the way, but nearly two weeks ?? Then one of the three !ights didnt work so after a couple of phone calls and emails I still have two working lights and no news of the other U/S one

I made an order more than 10 days ago, and I have to phoned them 3 times and still I have not received my LED.

Whilst I was told over the phone that if I ordered on the Monday I would receive my order by the Wednesday. So I placed my order online and received confirmation of the order but at no point was I notified when delivery would be expedited. However, I expected the order to arrive on Wednesday but did not receive until the Friday after 4.00pm. All in all not a very satisfactory experience.

The website said they was in stock placed order following day they say they are out of stock. Won't ever buy from again.

We ordered a Deltech series 2000 6ft led batten on 9th December. We have received confirmation of the order but no notification of date of delivery, and no delivery. I cannot give a rating until we receive the product

I searched on International LEDS website for motion sensor LED bulbs and ordered two of those listed. when I received them they turned out to be dawn to dusk sensor lamps, not at all suitable for my usage. They can of course be used as rather expensive standard LEDs. On returning to the site I noted that clicking on "more info"and producing a new page it stated that these were dawn to dusk bulbs but I feel the layout is misleading. On the plus side the parcel arrived in good time and well packaged.

Dear Will, I apologies that you have found the layout of our site unhelpful on this occasion, By clicking on "more details" on our product page actually only scrolls down on the page where you will find all relevant information for the lamp. We have sold many of these units in the past and have had no issue however if you wish to send these lamps back to us in the original packaging I will happily refund you for the goods. The product I ordered had been discontinued but still appeared on the product list. I only found out after I had paid by C.C. and now have to reconcile the payment and refund on my company credit card, also I am disappointed not getting the lamps as they were just what I was looking for.

Web site showed item in stock at time of order. After a week I had to call them to see where it was only to be told it was out of stock, I checked the web site which was still showing in stock. The price was right BUT if you need it quickly do you want to take the risk.

At the time of this review my led lamps had not arrived which is very poor considering they were ordered 5 days ago. Once they arrive I may post a more positive review.

Leyton Lighting LED Recessed Cabinet Light - DL12R-SS-WH, purchased and delivered in good time, but item did not visually match website picture and more importantly the diameter measurement given on the website was incorrect (still is as of 17 December 2015 despite informing retailer). Item returned (postage paid by LED International) and full refund received, so satisfied on that score
