It’s hard to rate you any more as the item that I bought was not I stock. You didn’t tell me this at the time and still took my payment. I was reimbursed later but I had been waiting for the item to arrive and now nobody else has them in stock either .

Sadly STIlL waiting for order! Only got an update because I chased for one otherwise I don’t think I’d have heard a thing. So one week on and apparently I have to wait another 10 days still....and they didn’t think that was worth telling me?!?!

My order was accepted and money taken , very disappointed to receive a email to advise they did not have the item . Other sites appear genuine with their information on the website as to stock availability but not this one . Wish i had read the reviews earlier as this appears to be a common problem . Now trying to get a refund

The order was placed on 16 Jan and has still not arrived (24 Jan). I got an email saying that “their stock levels do not link to their website”, but nothing since. What makes it worse is that there was a fairly steep postage charge for “next day delivery”. I have pretty much written the order off. If you care about getting what you order, I suggest calling to check that the item is in stock.

Never got them. Ordered them online to be told they were out of stock. I always assumed if an online order was accepted it would be delivered so will not use your.

Unfortunately at times when an item is discontinued we are not always immediately notified by our suppliers which in turn of causes upset for our customers when they order, For this I am very sorry. Ordered an item based on the picture on their website. They sent an item that was slightly different from that in the picture in that it was deeper and the light emitted was slightly yellower than all my other units for which this was to replace one that was faulty. They argued that as the specification was the same then as far as they concerned they had honoured the order. I returned the item and subsequently received a refund but not for any postage. I will not be using this company again as in my view they need some lessons in customer relations!

Tried to order a lightbulb that the website claimed (and continues to claim) is in stock. I was contacted by the seller for first time over a week later to be told that it would be several more weeks before I received my item as they didn't have any in stock. Why on earth is this still showing as being in stock when clearly it isn't???

Dear Robin, I apologise that our site was incorrect a the time you placed your order. Unfortunately we do not operate a live stock stream on our site so sometimes it can be a bit out. I again apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

We were supposed to receive the light bulbs in 1-2 days and still haven't received them almost a week later
