I ordered the products as the web site said they were in stock but they were not! It looks like other customers have had the same problem so I'd recommend ringing them before you place an order.

I have just taken delivery of your 118mm 1200 Lm in-line lamp - Invoice no 103439 How can you possibly claim this to be a straight replacement for the Hallogen 118 mm lamps? The diameter difference is so large, no way will your unit fit into my lamp holder. See attached image I need to return for full credit please .

Placed order no dispatch date received after five days contacted your sales dept. To be told you could not complete order until further stock arrived e-mail would have been nice

Item not in stock till mid December requested a refund over a week ago still waiting Company replied that it would take 2-3 days for a refund yet the money went out of my account immediately. PayPal Last thursdays email also states "Dear Just a quick note to let you know we have despatched your order of the following: - " Despatched your order! No mention of a refund

Dear Leroy, On the 1st of November at 9.01am a email was sent to the email address you provided advising you your delivery had been dispatched the day before. That same day the order was delivered and signed for by L.Lee. Maybe you could speak to this person to see where your goods are. I ordered a product which said it was in stock on the website for delivery however shortly after I received an email saying that it wasn't in stock and was still in testing and now have to wait until it is available with no date given

I have tried 3 times to get a replacement for a faulty fitting on my first order. I have had to buy an extra fitting to complete the job for the customer on time at my own expense, I have sent two emails and made a phone call and had no response.

I ordered an item last Tuesday night and today I rung to enquire where my item was just to be told that they will not be in stock until the end of the month. The man I spoke to on the phone wasn't exactly helpful at all either, first of all they couldn't find our order and then his response to asking why it doesn't show their not in stock on the website was 'they probably won't show it on there anyway' and didn't seem bothered at all. So now I have cancelled my order and asked for a refund, also I have ordered from somewhere else.

We did email you to advise there would be a delay in delivering your order, with an option to cancel with full refund, but unfortunately we heard nothing back from you. Ordered item on 24th January, today is 4th February. Perhaps we will receive the delivery today? Obviously a problem but if out of stock should have stated at ordering time, or at least kept in touch. Can't provide feedback on the product therefore, but can say that service not up to the standard of other suppliers
