“I am very impressed with the service I received from International LED's. The candle LED's are perfect for background lights, they were delivered the next day and so far so good! Thanks for a great product”

“Tried to order a lightbulb that the website claimed (and continues to claim) is in stock. I was contacted by the seller for first time over a week later to be told that it would be several more weeks before I received my item as they didn't have any in stock. Why on earth is this still showing as being in stock when clearly it isn't???”

Dear Robin, I apologise that our site was incorrect a the time you placed your order. Unfortunately we do not operate a live stock stream on our site so sometimes it can be a bit out. I again apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

“Leyton Lighting LED Recessed Cabinet Light - DL12R-SS-WH, purchased and delivered in good time, but item did not visually match website picture and more importantly the diameter measurement given on the website was incorrect (still is as of 17 December 2015 despite informing retailer). Item returned (postage paid by LED International) and full refund received, so satisfied on that score”

Dear Edward, We had advised by email that the lamp you had ordered is now obsolete and had offered an alternative, but as we received no reply have refunded your account, the alternative we offered was Code GU10LED5.527DIM, if you wish to view this on our website and if suitable place a new order. “Ordered the units however was not clear they needed a driver not included. It would be useful if there was a fail safe on the ordering to ask if you have a driver. Also could not find the driver that was mentioned in the spec notes a link to the product required to drive the units would be useful. Hope this is of help.”

“I placed my order at 1pm on Monday 2nd Nov, it was shipped at 4pm the same day and arrived on Wednesday. Excellent service from International LEDs. The bulbs were well packaged and I fitted them to our chandelier that evening. The light output from the Prolite 3W LED Filament Flame Tip Candle Bulbs is amazing – they cast much more light than the 8 standard 25W bulbs they replaced yet all 8 consume less electricity than just one of the old ones. Can't comment on their longevity yet. I hope they live up to Prolite's claim of an average life of 25,000 hours but as yet, we have been less than impressed with the life of all of the expensive low energy bulbs we have tried. This is our first test of LEDs and we hope they live up to the claims made for them.”
