Very pleased with the led bulbs we ordered for our business. Best bulbs we have ever had by far. Bulbs arrived promptly and none were broken. Will definitely order more when needed.

I ordered some LED lamps and I must admit there was a note saying limited stock end of line, so my order had to be cancelled because they had in fact only got one left. They did refund me quickly. I suggest that International LED’s get a more up to date site that takes into account live stock levels.

Slightly disappointed as lamps showed in stock, however the day after ordering I was emailed and told they were not in stock therefore if you are going to order anything and need it in a hurry I suggest you ring and place the order the phone. Other than that very happy with the product.

After accepting an order, the next day I was informed it was out of stock for 8 weeks. An alternative was offered (which I did not want) and the order was quickly cancelled when I asked. So, disappointed with inaccurate marketing in the first place - with potential interpretation of 'sharp practice'- but happy with customer service dealing with the issue

The product is good, however I bought one strip light to replace one that had failed. Guess what, the manufacturers have changed the light tone. The colour they produce now is different to what it was a few years ago. Not so happy!!

Good value and good product information on their site. I received half of the order quickly, but am disappointed that it wasn't made clear before ordering that only some of the bulbs were in stock and that I'd have to wait for the rest of the order to arrive.

They haven't told my order would be filtered in a few days. After purchasing received an email saying it would be about 3 weeks. Wouldn't have ordered if I knew I'd have to wait that long.

I still haven't received my order, I ordered on March 1st, it is now March 6th. Not sure if this order has been dispatched yet so it's royal mails fault or if it just hasn't been sent.

I ordered two bulbe last Thursday supposed to be delivered within 2 day but still haven't arrived yet. I called yesterday to check to chase it and I've been told that one product was out of stock so been deleted. But very nice people on the phone.

Great products, great service. Found it interesting that placing two orders for the same item, item had increased in price by £10 as Christmas approached.

We ordered 5 lights which were showing in stock but following day received an email saying they were not all in stock so would now take another week for delivery. Not too happy as should not have been showing in stock.

Cannot rate much yet as light was ordered on 2nd December and It is now 7th and it has not arrived. So on speed of delivery not impressed, and they are asking me to write a review.
