Dear Edward, We had advised by email that the lamp you had ordered is now obsolete and had offered an alternative, but as we received no reply have refunded your account, the alternative we offered was Code GU10LED5.527DIM, if you wish to view this on our website and if suitable place a new order. “Ordered the units however was not clear they needed a driver not included. It would be useful if there was a fail safe on the ordering to ask if you have a driver. Also could not find the driver that was mentioned in the spec notes a link to the product required to drive the units would be useful. Hope this is of help.”

“Received parcel in timely manner but disappointed that I clearly asked for it to be delivered to another address not my billing address! Luckily I had good neighbours who took the parcel in.”

“Good service, but unfortunately , poor advice. The following was recommended for use with LED dimmable lights: VFR250M Knightsbridge 1 Gang 2 Way 250va LED Dimmer Module. This unit when dimmed causes the bulbs to "pulse". Prof Paul Read”

“Dimmable Candle Lamps. Would not dim with average dimmer switch, may need special dimmer. Not a problem but technical information on the product would have been useful. These lamps are the same price as non-dimmable so nothing lost.”

“The bulbs were as the add but vat was not good the delivery driver left the parcel out side neighbours I left note on my door to put any parcels in my garage but I got them I have since found the same bulbs same price with out the vat”
