I ordered an item last Tuesday night and today I rung to enquire where my item was just to be told that they will not be in stock until the end of the month. The man I spoke to on the phone wasn't exactly helpful at all either, first of all they couldn't find our order and then his response to asking why it doesn't show their not in stock on the website was 'they probably won't show it on there anyway' and didn't seem bothered at all. So now I have cancelled my order and asked for a refund, also I have ordered from somewhere else.
