Ordered an item based on the picture on their website. They sent an item that was slightly different from that in the picture in that it was deeper and the light emitted was slightly yellower than all my other units for which this was to replace one that was faulty. They argued that as the specification was the same then as far as they concerned they had honoured the order. I returned the item and subsequently received a refund but not for any postage.
I will not be using this company again as in my view they need some lessons in customer relations!
