“I have been using the company for almost 4 years now and customer service has always been good / the products excellent. Only two bulbs have ever failed on me and one was a G9 which arrived today. I called sales and they are dispatching a new one to me free of charge ( of course).”

“I've only just received my two R7 LED lamps (replacements for 78mm halogens) so have given them a 'good' rating (this might be unfair but I can't give them a 'very good' until they've done a few hours work to prove their reliability!). They get a 'good' as they arrived well packaged and in super fast time, they fit perfectly into the lamp holders (they've gone in to two interior wall lights in my living room but have replaced the type of halogen lamp you'd normally find in outside security light fittings) and are nice and bright and are also discreet.”

“I ordered 3 Deltech 2000 LED battens, 600mm, 21W to replaces my two twin 5'-0" slimline fluorescent light fittings for the garage. They do exactly what it says on the tin - I am delighted by them. LED International were the most cost effective I could find on the web. They packaged them extremely well and were received with no damage. The delivery was tracked and arrived as promised on an overnight courier. No drama, no complications - 100% service and I have them on my 'favourites' list to be used in future.”

“I have used International LED's both as a business user and privately. In all purchases, online and by telephone, they have been very efficient and prompt. There was a mistake where they sent the wrong cap size (ES rather than SES) but this was quickly rectified at no cost to myself. I strongly recommend them.”

“This was the first time I have ordered from International LEDS. I was looking for a particular LED lamp to match an existing lighting set. International LEDS appeared to have the item in stock. I thought I would phone them to confirm this. I quickly got through to a sales representative who actually told me the item was not in stock and was discontinued by the manufacturer. He did however discuss my requirement with me and said he would see if he could source a replacement bulb for me and phone me back. This he did later in the same day. He was able to offer a suitable alternative which I duly ordered. In fact I ordered several to get free delivery. The order arrived promptly and was well packaged. I am also very happy with the product provided. The only reason I am not giving a 'Very Good' rating is that the website showed the original product I wanted was in stock when it wasn't. I ordered a floodlight at the same time which again was supposed to be in stock but wasn't. I am still waiting for this item. International LEDS either need to remove the 'In stock' indication from their website or update their site regularly to correctly indicate in stock items. I was however particularly impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of the sales representative so would be happy to use the company again. I will be ringing up though to check their actual stock levels before ordering!”

“The item I ordered was quickly (took 5 days, international) send to my address, well packed and works perfect! The only comment I want to make is the ordering process is kind of strange. I did pay through Pay-Pal, but I did not receive a confirmation that the order was OK and that the package was send. When I emailed to verify this, the package was already underway. Maybe a suggestion to improve the communications when the payment is confirmed and when the item is being shipped, this gives confidence for the customer that everything is going alright. I would order here again, thanks!”

“I was looking for an led lamp with certain specifications. Whilstthe website was good in providing a range of options, I couldn't nail the lamp I was looking for.
