Ordered a notebook as part of a late birthday gift. Payed for next day delivery which normaly would mean it would come the next day if not atleast the day after but not in this case. I was even given a order number which allowed me to track the parcel, which i done several times and every time it said dispatched. Even now its been 3 working days since it was ordered and yet i have recieved nothing. I would strongly advice not to trust this company with your money because they are quick to take the money from your account but cant keep to thier word and deliver the products they promised to deliver.

I placed an order it was then cancelled days later not really happy a understand that people place orders before me but many internet companies refresh their stock leave every 15 minutes

I placed the order, money was taken, 2 days later received an email telling me the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. No explanation for the cancellation, poor service as the order was for a present, if the item was out of stock I should have been told at the time of ordering so I could find an alternative.

Ordered a gift for Mother's Day, messaged to see how long post normally takes and was given a refund no explanation, I messaged again to see why and was told it had been lost in the post, in other words it hadn't even been sent out, will never use the company again, completely unprofessional and inconsiderate, if the item was unavailable a email would have sufficed if the company were unable to remove it from Google selling pages, absolute joke!

I purchased a new wick for my oil burner and it does not work. I have tried on animber if occasions and it will not maintain its heat to continue working. Not happy

Dear Sir I waited patiently for the item which delivery I cannot fault however, I opened the box to find it empty. Don't get me wrong, it was not completely empty, the gold bag for the item was there the little black draw string purse was there but the item an 18ct gold chain was not. Very very disappointed

The store took my order and payment, then refunded it with no explanation 8 days later, the week before Christmas. Looking at the website, it would seem they are out of stock of the things I ordered. It took 8 days for them to notice this? Now I'm left with very little time to find replacement gifts. Useless. First and time I order from these clowns.

Ordered Yankee Candle Christmas Votive House Gift Set on the 29th nov 2015 @ 16:22 hrs Its is now the 6th dec and still waiting for the product i have paid for. I have received this e-mail for a quick review. Looking forward for a reply.

Well I haven't received it yet, although buying it a week ago. It was an advent calender and didn't make it in time for the start of advent so not very happy.

I still haven't received my yankee advent calendar which I ordered over a week ago wanted it for 1 st December rang twice now n said leave it few days still no parcel

I waited almost two weeks after the dispatch email before contacting them about the lack of delivery. Within an hour, they had cancelled the order and refunded me saying the delivery was lost (remarkable bearing in mind they had not even investigated the missing order) only to be told they wouldn't be sending the order again because it was all out of stock. I'm grateful for the refund and even more so that I didn't actually pay for delivery, but the contact and customer service leaves much to be desired. I will not be ordering from here again.
