“I ordered a notebook for my teenage grandson but the item I received was a child's lunch box. I rang to complain and was told to keep the item I had been sent ( I refused to pay return postage as the error was not mine). I was told the item I had ordered would be sent out that same day. Later that day I received a call from this company telling me the item was out of stock and that they wouldn't be receiving any more. I should have been told this when I placed the original order. To date I am still waiting for a refund.”

“Took money from my account immediately then a week later said item was not in stock and issuing refund which will take another 3 days to clear. Very poor service with no apology, just standard email. Would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY again. AVOID and shop elsewhere.”

“I ordered 2 items to match each other. you then contacted me to tell me one of them wasn't available, you were going to refund me and asked me if this was ok? I immediately replied telling you no it wasn't and asked you to cancel the whole order as half was no good. Despite this you took no notice and charged the remaining items and posted them which i am now stuck with. Failure to supply promised goods, Failure to action instructions. Rubbish service!”

“On order, I asked if standard delivery would allow for delivery before Christmas. I didn't receive any reply other than an email telling me the order had been posted. I tried to call on numerous occasions, each time getting an answer machine. I left a message early afternoon on Christmas Eve and sent an email. No response yet and no item received...”

“Very disappointed with this website, ordered my item on December 3rd allowing plenty of time for item to arrive as I need to post it on to a friend before Christmas. Item took until December 15th to get here. No email to tell me the item will be delayed, or even a tracking number. Website has no company phone number, and the only way to contact them is via email, which took them over 24 hours to get back to me on. Tried tweeting them numerous times but no response. Used Internet Gift Store as the reviews on this website were very good, don't be fooled though.”
