“I was very impressed with the whole procedure from ordering to receiving my goods. I had to change my delivery day, which was very easy and was then given an hour's slot on the new day. The parcel then arrived within the hour agreed. I am also very happy with the product I purchased.”

“Purchase was quick and easy and delivery was precise to the minute! Only thing I would say is that you shouldn't say at the point of purchase that delivery is 3-5 working days if you're actually going to turn it around in 2 working days. If people need to plan to take days off work to be around for delivery then it's not helpful to be faster than the 3-5 day quoted time frame.”
