“Email said dispatched & due for delivery. Then received an email next day saying dpd hadn't received parcel. Then next day i got email saying item ready for dispatch. Since then I've heard nothing. Very very poor”

Hello Barry, I apologise for any inconvenience caused, however the order left us on Thursday December 3rd, DPD misplaced the parcel which is beyond our control, this is why you would of had numerous e-mails. I have been informed your parcel will be with you today December 7th which is still within the 3-5 working days delivery option you chose. Once again I apologise for any confusion. “The next day delivery was great, the items arrived within the hour range given by DPD? We bought Addidas football boots in the sale, the children are over the moon and so are we at the price. Would definitely use again.”

“Not received purchase yet, it was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, now Sunday and still not here. The company are shut over the weekend so can't help and the courier have no record of it since it left the depot early last week. Not very impressed .”
