Email telling us that order had arrived at store-went in and they denied all knowledge of order being in and offered no help. Waited a couple of weeks and went back. They still couldn't find it. We argued as the money had left our account ages ago and then they found it. I'm guessing it had been there all along. 2 wasted trips into town thanks to their incompetence. Unimpressed.

Rude and un-interested staff. Will never visit again. My first visit to the Weston branch to buy an expensive pair of running trainers. Seeing as they are a 'proper' sports shop I asked if they had a treadmill to test my running style etc. The staff member simply said 'no they don't have one' and carried on what she was doing. No interest in finding out what I wanted or if she could help. If I wanted unhelpful staff who don't know what they're talking about I'll go to sports direct!

For next day delivery there is a cut off time 2.30 ! So if you don't notice it (a good website would stop you with a message) you are charged image 200 parcels a day @ £1.55 in week a good tidy profit !!!!! Don't answer emails

Hello Jackie, I apologise that you feel like you've had a bad experience with us. All our Delivery costs and cut off times are displayed onsite under the 'Delivery & Returns' tag and are there at all times. No profit is made on any postage costs that we charge due to VAT. Kind Regards.

Only two people serving on a Saturday. Served a customer that entered the store after me first, when one of the members of staff knew I was waiting. After waiting 30 minutes just to get a trainer in my size. I was told they just sold the last trainer in my size to the customer that jumped in before me. I asked for a different colour and they immediately said they were sold out, without even looking out the back. No apology given. Acted like they just didn't give a damn. I'm not happy with the service, I paid for next day delivery four days ago and still haven't receive my parcel, it was ment to be here by Thursday ??

Dear Finlay - your parcel was indeed delivered the next day. The Courier tracking said that it was Delivered, signed for by CODELL, on 08 Apr 2016 at 13:27. Please can you confirm if you have your parcel. Many thanks, Customer Services

The Junior Tennis Racket was ordered for click and collect. When my wife went to the Exeter store to collect a staff member came from the stock room with a box at least 4 times the size of the item. My wife asked if the staff could take it to of the box. She was told due to company rules she would have to do it herself. So she had to struggle with packing tape galore at the counter whilst trying to keep an eye on our young daughter. Once unpacked the racket was fine. Tony Price was let down by it's ridiculous packaging and apparent policy of not helping customers unpack items in the store. One female member of staff was particularly unhelpful at the same time two male assistants appeared uncomfortable and perhaps would have helped if allowed.

The branch staff in our local Tony price , seem very miserable and that can't be bothered . Even to the point that who we presume was the branch manager !! Huffed under his breath when asked to get an order from the back for my wife .

Not received purchase yet, it was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, now Sunday and still not here. The company are shut over the weekend so can't help and the courier have no record of it since it left the depot early last week. Not very impressed .

Hi, I was very happy to find these cushion quoter dry-fit socks on their website. I was very disappointed when I opened the package and firstly its label was not attached to the socks, secondly I was sent no show socks instead of quoter ones. I was thinking to send it back but it would have cost me more and the hassle posting it etc... After investigating on their website I noticed that actually their description is incorrect. When I clicked on the socks its original Nike label shows a picture where the socks length are only no show. I really hope that someone will change it on their website as it is a very frustrating thing. THANK YOU! The delivery and the notifications about it were great!

Very disappointed. Placed my order on 8/1/15 and paid extra for next day delivery. It is now 12/1/15 and I do not have my product. Have just received email saying it will be delivered today!! No mention of a refund on my delivery payment. Will never order from this site again. Stay AWAY!!!

I am sorry for the frustrating situation but, as stated in our delivery and returns information, the cut off time is 2pm for Next Working Day delivery. I ordered a pair or rugby boots on line and paid the sale price as advertised and recieved my receipt. I then had an email explaining the website price was incorrect and the Tony Price would not honor as advertised. My payment was refunded and I could purchase again but at the full price. Not a positive way to win a long term customer

I paid for next day delivery, and added a message in the box ''about my delivery'' and i added that if no one was home leave with any neighbour... I got home from work to find a card from the delivery company saying no one was home and they would attempt to deliver the following day of I could pick the parcel up myself from their department approx 2 miles away ! Thats not what I'd paid the extra for, I did get the parcel the following day but it was too late as a birthday present.

ordered a pair of football boots on Thursday 24th October and paid for next day delivery as they were needed for the weekend.first attempted delivery was not till Monday 28th October.which was too late.very poor service,paid for next day delivery which was a waste of time.
