“Nice rugby boots but lost 4 studs first time they were used no stud spanner in box . Had to buy packet of stud and spanner today which cost over £10”

“Good range of stock and good prices, but a total lack of geographic knowledge. This country is called the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. so why advertise free delivery to the UK and then charge £12 to get a pair of football boots to Northern Ireland. Oh yeah, you can choose to collect in store. there are two Intersport shops in Belfast. but not according to the click and collect. because I selected Northern Ireland, click and collect isn't available so I had to pay for delivery rather than walk 200m in my lunch break. disappointing.”

Hi Martin, thank you for leaving us a review and bringing this to our attention. I apologise for the incorrect wording on the site, we are now in the middle of rewording the site to avoid this confusion going forward. However, we are a partner of Intersport and not a direct Intersport store this is why click and collect is not available in Northern Ireland, all of our stores are based in the South and South West of England. “UN-impressed that online the price was £17 yet in store it was £29 for the same item. Prices should be the same, especially when code numbers on items are the same. And still hasn't arrived through the post, therefore late.”

Hi Genevieve - thank you for your kind review. As per our telephone conversation re the waterbottle, I have had a look on your order and I can't see it on there. It looks like it might have appeared and disappeared - not sure why. I can confirm that, as this item is not a back to school item, it doesn't come with the waterbottle. Sorry for the disappointment.

“I ordered a Polo T shirt for my daughter's PE as only one of two suppliers who do the school emblem. The quality is excellent BUT I paid for express delivery ( ie next day) had an email to say would be delivered the next day then a subsequent email to say delayed. It came day two not the next day so feel the postage was not warranted.”
