Poor communication on a click and collect. At no point was i told when my purchase would be in store. Not enough stock held of larger sizes in Uffculme school PE kit. If I had a choice I wouldn't purchase from here again but as they are the only stockists I have no choice. Poor all round with communication, service and availability.

When trying to buy a junior rugby shirt for a birthday present; there was no size guide, following 4 unanswered phone calls and an unreturned email, I had to order the product 'blind'. When it arrived, unsurprisingly it was too small and now has to be returned a new shirt ordered. If I have a choice I will not being using their on-line shop to order; the on-line shop is considerable behind the times compared to the companies that keep their website up to date and modern.

I was informed my order would arrive on a stated day and it failed to do so. I had to chase the Tony Pryce up to get an explanation.

Email said dispatched & due for delivery. Then received an email next day saying dpd hadn't received parcel. Then next day i got email saying item ready for dispatch. Since then I've heard nothing. Very very poor

Hello Barry, I apologise for any inconvenience caused, however the order left us on Thursday December 3rd, DPD misplaced the parcel which is beyond our control, this is why you would of had numerous e-mails. I have been informed your parcel will be with you today December 7th which is still within the 3-5 working days delivery option you chose. Once again I apologise for any confusion. As a Channel Islands customer, the postage would have been £14.00 for two pairs of socks, so the order was cancelled. Customer services very sympathetic, but from another firm I got the same order with £2.02 postage on it.

This was an incredibly frustrating experience and one you may want to try to rectify for any other users of your website from Canada. • Canada is not on your drop down country list, population 33 million. • I tried to use USA as they have similar address fields and postal (Zip) codes • That option would not allow the use of a debit card • I was not able to change from the USA within the order sequence, I had to cancel out and re-enter • In order to progress I had to use my sisters address in Devon even though I wanted to use “click and collect” at your Minehead, Somerset store location • At no time in the process was I able to utilise your so called “click and collect service” • I had hoped to pick up the order from the store in the Avenue, Minehead as I will be visiting my old hometown on September 22nd • Now my sister will have to store for me. A VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE INDEED

I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of delivery. However the shorts I had ordered have a small yellow stain on them which is disappointing and because they were needed urgently I could not return them for an exchange. Hence my rather disappointing overall rating.

I purchased two pairs of trainers via click and collect. I had just seen them in stock in the shop and ordered them whilst having lunch in town expecting to be able to go back to the shop and collect them. How wrong I was. Despite the trainers being in stock and having paid for them I was not allowed to have them. 3 days later I got an email saying I could collect the trainers. I have not had the opportunity to go back to the shop to collect them. Maybe my expectations of click and collect were too high but it wasn't made clear that I would have to wait three days to collect the trainers that were in stock. Not ideal when I have to travel 20 miles to get back to the shop.

It has been obivious the boots where resale ones as the left boot has been stretched and has made we aware that the price was too good to be true

I recently putchased a pair of football boots for a birthday present, i needed them quickly so paid £9.00 for next day delivery. However the boots did not come until 2 days later, resulting in a very disappointed birthday boy, and leaving me extremely annoyed. I contacted Inter Sport Tony Price asking for my delivery charge to be taken off, this was pointless as I dodnt even get a reply. I will not be shopping here again.

Sorry about this but they are no good for me, I ordered a size 22 to 24 and if you look on your size chart that is an adult size, which is what I wanted, I have got a pair that will only fit a 5 year old. It cost almost as much for postage as it did for the item itself. I will have to send them back because they are of no use to me. You need to make the sizing more clear.

Overall service was satisfactory, including the delivery notification email a night before the day which does not give me much time to prepare. The email request of someone to stand by at the house to sign and accept the package, but did not advise the timing. It is now 3. 45pm, and the delivery still has not arrived. IN THIS CASE MEANT THAT I WAS STOOD BY, AWAITING, AND LOSE MY WHOLE DAY. Ace

The website layout is very poor. Also there are items in store that you can't find on the website which is confusing and annoying.
