“The branch staff in our local Tony price , seem very miserable and that can't be bothered . Even to the point that who we presume was the branch manager !! Huffed under his breath when asked to get an order from the back for my wife .”

“My son wanted a new racket for his birthday so when searching the internet came across Tony Pryce Sports and found that not only was it the best price on offer (by miles) but also came with free delivery. The racket was delivered three days after placing the order so all in all was a great transaction. Will add to favourites so that I can check prices when I need to in the future.”

“We purchased a tennis racquet on Saturday with a sensor. The sensor was faulty. This was annoying but we received excellent customer service in store. They checked with other stores for a replacement but unfortunately there were none so we received a full refund. We then looked online for other similar racquets. We found one and ordered it. Delivery went as stated and received the product on the day that was stayed. Overall Tony Pryce gave excellent customer service and the staff in store should be rewarded for this. Much better than rival stores.”

“Excellent price, quality, fast and secure delivery. Outstanding service. Also the best trainers I've ever worn for HIIT and crossfit, although I am a little concerned that the material in the heel will wear away quickly (which is something I personally suffer with a lot) but as yet it has been fine. Well done Reebok for 'the pump' it does make a difference and gives you the option to wear them a little loose or tighter.”

“Excellent service ,my only vice being that I couldn't use my reward card on line so visited the Exeter store to ask if it was possible to add the point to my card they were not a bit interested and bluntly told can't do it , not very helpful in store at all .”
