“I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of delivery. However the shorts I had ordered have a small yellow stain on them which is disappointing and because they were needed urgently I could not return them for an exchange. Hence my rather disappointing overall rating.”

“Purchase was quick and easy and delivery was precise to the minute! Only thing I would say is that you shouldn't say at the point of purchase that delivery is 3-5 working days if you're actually going to turn it around in 2 working days. If people need to plan to take days off work to be around for delivery then it's not helpful to be faster than the 3-5 day quoted time frame.”
