“ A very shocking company to order from, when you place an order and pay for next day for it not to arrive you then go onto live chat to find out where it’s is to then be told you have to wait another 2 days even though you have already been waiting for 3 days for the items to arrive, the customer service is also shocking as they will not help when you ask for a refund apart from tell you to go on chat again in 2 days, I will never order from here again as they will not deliver your items or give you a refund but will take your money from your bank quick enough. ”

“ Poor quality, missing stitching (leaves) from one of the roses on the front of my jumper so looks very out of place and just odd!! Every email and Instagram message has been ignored. Shocking customer service and shocking quality control on their products. The prices aren't justified against the quality, no response anywhere if you have an issue with their products. ”
