“ This review IS ZERO STARS!!! I ordered a jac jossa Broderie halter neck dress in a size 18, it fitted like a sack and was massive,clearly a size 22! Contacted them on chat and Kelly, said it’s not faulty and when I return it they will charge me £2:50!!! Disgusting and will never order again and will pass on this to friends, terrible service from in the style! And the chat agent, Kelly, was sarcastic to me! No customer service skills whatsoever. ”
