“Excellent service as always. Intus needed some paperwork to process the order, but emailed immediately and responded as soon as I emailed a scanned copy of the papers they needed. Order was dispatched promptly, and arrived the following day. Tracking info was up to date and accurate, which ensures that I don't have to wait in for a delivery.”

“My the first delivery was not receipted and came back to you, because there was not my mobile phone number written on the package (although it was known to you) and the local post service could not find and bring me up to date about my item's arrival. The same also happened with the second arrival, but, thanks to your support, frequent trucking and some phone calls to the central and local post services, I finally found the item the last day before its return to you again. I think it is very important for the posting system to have written the phone number with the address, because in areas with small villages there are not certain streets and street numbers and it is not easy for the recipients to be aware of their deliveries. Otherwise, there is no need for the phone number to be given with the address during the putting of the order.”

“First time experienced "raining in" with CPAP machine - but problem solved when I found Intus-healthcare who sell a cover for the tubing. Must admit it was very time-consuming pulling all 6ft of it onto the tubing as it is a tight fit, so do it straight away when you are not tired. The cover only comes in white so I have decided that it will get washed each time I clean the Tube so that I won't have the same "fight" to get it on again!. It works really well and I have not been "drowned" since. Delivery was excellent. Very professional service.”

“I placed my first order on 17th September 2014 (late evening), I received confirmation first thing on the morning of the 18th and my order was sitting on my desk at work by 11:30 this morning (19th). I can't say when I have last received such excellent customer service. Prior to placing my order I requested product information from the Customer Service Team which was answered promptly (by (Tim Barker)) and the advice given was of more benefit to me the customer than for company profit. Truly this is a company who puts its customers first. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I will definitely be using them again.”

“I have just received my replacement TapPap mouthpiece and I can't say enough about how wonderful your service is - my order arrived the next day and you were so helpful when I encountered problems with my mouthpiece and made sure I had another one. I will definitely order from you again”

“Thank you for processing my order so promptly. The hose cover arrived in a couple of days from order. It was easy to fit over the tube and it is exactly the right length. It is doing all that it purported to do and I am very pleased with it. So once again a big thank you. If you hadn't sent me this I would have rung you up to tell you how pleased I was with it.”
