Dreadful customer service. I ordered a mask which was compatible with my Phillips CPAP machine and in due course it arrived. Having taken the mask out of its packaging to fit it to my mask holder the circular opening/attachment was too small. Despite several emails on the topic to customer service I am informed that although I paid over £50 for a product which was not fit for purpose, I was not entitled to a refund as it had been taken out of its wrapping. Please tell me how I was to know whether it fit my device if I hadn't taken it out of its wrapper? Completely useless service!!!

Hi Stephen, We only sell filters for the current machines, or machines that have been discontinued by the manufacturer in the last 2 years. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS AS THEY SEND SPAM EMAILS AND IGNORE GDPR REQUESTS. I MADE A REQUEST FOR MY DETAILS TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR SYSTEM OVER A YEAR AGO, THEY CONFIRMED THAT THIS HAD BEEN DONE BUT OBVIOUSLY THEY IGNORED THE REQUEST AND SO I HAVE NOW REPORTED THEM TO THE ICO AS THEY IGNORE THE LAWS OF PRIVACY AND BREACH THE GDPR

We also replied to all of your follow-up questions; they were not ignored and you thanked us for our responses. The initial product did not work and the replacement needs to be adjusted but there is no way for me to modify the air flow. I fel like I wasted £800.

Hi Michael, I can see that the last order you placed with us was in 2017. Is this machine you are having trouble with? If so, this was an auto machine which adjust automatically over night and over time so you do not need to adjust the pressure settings / air flow. Very aggressive generally and sales orientated. Helpful initially then received some unusual comments from them. Unusual for a health supplier to say the least.

Hello Stephen. Over the last few weeks you have inundated our team with dozens of questions, and abused them. We are trying our best to help the NHS and concerned customers during a very difficult time. You have chosen this period to repeatedly waste our time and offend members of our helpful, caring and polite team at a time when they are under enormous pressure. You have now moved on to trying to publicly damage our reputation. The hundreds of other reviews we have received demonstrate we are not the company you are falsely making us out to be. We politely request that you end your campaign against us, and allow us to continue our efforts to provide respiratory equipment to those with genuine need at a time when it is more important than ever.

Ordered item with 5 day delivery. Not delivered so emailed to enquire. No reply. Phoned and was told item out of stock and would be another 2 weeks. We desperately needed this medical item so used a uk company for speed of delivery. If you are selling medical equipment you should inform your customers if you cant deliver. Refunded quickly after 9 days but now using a courier at great expence and inconvinience for a £10 item as urgent now. Usless

Hi. Normally we have stock of the Oxygen Enrichment Port Adapter, and if not, we can order it in easily from our supplier within a couple of days. However with the Coronovirus situation the availability of this item from our supplier has changed. Therefore we are not able to deliver this item within the normal time frame. I can see from our inbox that you emailed us on the Saturday 14/03 (which we were closed for the weekend). However we did reply on Sunday 15/03 at 08.50am. I apologise that you were not informed of the delay at the time of your order, or via our customer service team. However this is exceptional circumstances, and not how we like to work. Hello Mr Ko, we are sorry we feel this way. We made three attempts at delivering your parcel and each time you did not accept the delivery, or subsequently collect the item from the depot. As no alternative address could be provided, we provided a full refund despite the multiple postage charges we incurred. Your website does not explain the sizes fully on your RemZzzs mask liners v.small, small, petite, therefore I requested small and got petite after trying them with my mask they leave me with a small hole and a lot of material left hanging out of the bottom of my mask, when I contacted you to complain I was told no exchange as they were sterile after a row you decided if the box was intact and the inside bag was not opened you would exchange, but how could I have tested the fitting with my mask without opening the bag and also the other question is exchange to what as you stated the above 3 sizes are all the same. I have done business with you in the past with no complaints and always trusted the sizes. No more I will shop elsewhere Yvonne Willis. 2/11/2015

Very disappointed my machine is set at 10 and the mask cannot cope with it, the air escapes irrespective of how tight the head gear is. Over 3 nights I have not been able to get anymore than 2 - 3 hours sleep a night. It is exceedingly noisy and disturbs my wife's sleep as well. I would appreciate a full refund and I will send the product back as it is useless to me. I have used masks for 15 years and have not had any of the above problems. Nothing in your literature mentions about pressures minimum or maximum which is relevant to the use of the mask . I await your reply

The unit does not produce sufficient air flow to work effectively, it has a very weak compressor and air flow is hardly noticeable. I was forced to revert back to my responics unit.
