Having failed to conclude the sale due to lack of my paperwork you agreed to refund my cash , this you did for the air pump thank you , However you still sent the mask to which I have nothing to connect it with , perhaps I can adapt a vacuum cleaner? I suppose now I have the mask I should be glad ?

Delivery was fast and product was as described, However you have a no returns policy. I was aware of this as set out on your website for H&H reasons , however I think this a get out on your part. Many American companies selling this and similar masks offer up to a 30 day money back guarantee. If you could come somewhere in line with this it would make for a more reassured purchase for sleep apnea sufferers in the future. I am Currently unable to work so a £109 purchase for me was a big gamble, unfortunately within 5 minutes I realised the mask wasn't suitable for me, I realise this is an product issue but a non returns policy on you side is very disappointing. Hello Terry, thank you for your feedback. We are looking into the returns situation to find a solution as we know it is not ideal, but once a mask is opened it cannot then be reused. As it is though, the SleepWeaver masks can be returned as they have a Mask Fit Guarantee. Although the returns period has now elapsed we'll be happy to make an exception and facilitate the return for you anyway. I was given incorrect information regarding the size & fitting of a mask that I was ordering. What followed was a series of phone calls & e mails that was stressful & did not solve the problem. I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of service.
