“My last purchase was in April 2019, of a small part for a CPAP machine. It was easy to order, arrived quickly & safely. To the best of my knowledge I reviewed that purchase in May 2019, so I am slightly baffled to get this review request now. Due to this I 've only rated at 4 out of 5 because clearly your record keeping needs updating.”

“Product arrived speedily and in good condition. However , it comes with approx 5 or 6 nose pieces of various sizes of which only one is the correct fit and the remaining ones are discarded....which is an avoidable waste. Would it not make more sense to have it delivered with the correct size or all the nose piece to be purchased seperately. Jim”

“DC 12v power cable ordered. Very quick service, and a good quality item. No complaints about service, but IMHO £34 +VaT for a bit of wire and two connectors is a little exorbitant! Only gave a GOOD rating due to price of the cable.”

“I bought a SoClean to keep my CPAP machine clean, I found the instructions a bit daunting as it is very multi-lingual, I actually cut up the instruction sheets to reduce the number of language variables, and once I realised I didn't have to use ALL the parts in the adaptor that customises the SoClean to work with a wide variety of CPAP machines, mine was adaptor 5, I was then a little disappointed to discover that I had been charged £19.99 for what is essentially a 10cm rubber hose with a small bit of plastic on one end, as I could discard the more complex part in the kit. However,after the 5 days I have had the machine, it seems to be doing what it says on the label.”
